How to select a proper laser machine?

First, please be clear with the area of the object you want to engrave, and select the machine with a proper working area; Second, select the power according to your product: if you want to engrave on non-metal object, you can select 500-3000mW, the stronger power, the faster engraving speed and better outcome; if you want to cut poly-wood less than 3mm, you can select 5500-15000mW; if you want to mark on steel, you can select the 7500-15000mW.

How To Focus The Laser ?

First , you need press the weak light button which is on the top of laser.

Where is the TTL port? I can only see the PWM?

TTL and PWM is compatible and you can only choose one of them. It means that you can connect this module’s PWM port to the PWM (or TTL) port on the control board of your engraver. But make sure the voltage supply of that port is DC 5V.

How can I connect this module to the my engraver?

If you don’t need the PWM function, you can directly connect the power port to Motor Port (12V, GND) on your control board and leave the PWM port unconnected.

My laser doesn't work, what should I do?

If the machine does not work, it might because:
① Laser module/ driver board/motor/power supply is broken.Please check which part is the main problem,and then send us a video to prove it.
Or you can send us a video about your software setting,working laser and driver board. We will analyze it and give you a solution.
② The kit misses some accessories.Please compare with the instruction and tell us, we will send it to you for free.
③ The wire connection is wrong.Please check the connection like the picture shown.
④ Your computer could not support the software.Please use Win XP 7/8/10 to check it.
⑤ Software problem.Please check whether wires are inserted rightly. And then check your data setting.

How do I place an online order?

What is the password of my account after registration.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

It is safe to use your credit card.Because the payment is made off-site on the PayPal website and not our website checkout.It will encrypt your credit card number and the detailed information.

My credit card was declined, what now?

There are several reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. If this happens, try again with the correct billing address.
Please note we only VISA, MasterCard, JCB. We do not accept gift cards at this time.
A simple typing error may also cause the transaction to be refused, including entering the wrong credit card number, expiration date or incorrect CVN-code (the security number on the back of your card).
If your credit is still not admitted that I have some suggestions:
– Wait one day and try again
– Make sure your card is still not over its limit
– Make sure your credit card has not expired
– Make sure you typed the name correctly on the front of the card
– Try a different credit card

NO shipping methods for your address ?

When you checkout, and website says “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” , please contact us, we will check if we could find another shipping method for you.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

To estimate the shipping cost, please check out with the items in your cart, shipping cost will be calculated when you proceed.

Shipping And Tracking Methods

We ship out order within 7 days after payment. It would take 3-10 business days to arrive at your door after we ship,besides,we will process the order within 7 days. In most cases items are received within 12 days, but we say 17 days in case of delays.

If the customs want you to pay tax fee ,we will be responsible for half of the tax fee.And our customer is responsible for another half of the tax fee.

What are your shipping rates?

The postage depends on the amount of orders.
We will provide you tracking number via e-mail once your products are shipped. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 3 weeks before major holidays to allow sufficient time for delivery as possible.

When Can I receive my order after I pay?

We ship out order within 7 days after payment. The shipping Time depend on the country and the shipping method you have choose. Normally, it will take 3-10 days for DHL to most of the countries;and it takes 10-20 days for your to receive the goods for saver shipping.

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.


Can I exchange or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we tend not to change or cancel your order. The order will be processed automatically as soon as you click “check out”. You can contact us with our customer department if you wish to make a change as soon as you want to change. However, due to the above, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed. We send the products after your order with us in a few hours.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with our product,you must contact us within a week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee.
If the parcel reached you,but you would not want to sign on it and the parcel returns to us,we will charge you 20% of the order amount as our shipping fee.If the order returning to us cost us so many shipping fee,we would choose leaving the parcel not return to us,then we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we lose the shipping fee and the item.

An item was lost or damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package (see above), and KYSSON will then ship you a new item immediately.

I received an incorrect item.

If you received an incorrect item, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund. To begin the process, you can contact Customer Service.

Our Products Warranty

Warranty: the guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by Our test engineer will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard.  After finish quality check,our QC stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.

If you have any using problem of the products which buy from, please feedback to us first, and we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support in most of cases.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

Return For Repair

When your item damaged after using some time later and need repair, we will provide repair service for you. Please contact with customer service about the repair.

NOTE: You need use ordinary airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.
